Cape Coastal Builders has been operating along the Atlantic Seaboard for 27 years. Founded by Liam de Villiers and now run by his daughter Tanya, the firm has built or restored homes in Clifton, Bantry Bay, Sea Point, Camps Bay and along the V&A Waterfront precinct.
The team's signature work is high-end coastal renovation: replacing the salt-corroded fabric of older homes while preserving the original facade and footprint. They are also one of the few Cape Town builders fluent in heritage approval processes — Tanya sits on the Cape Town Heritage Trust advisory panel.
